The form collects your name, email address and message. Telephone number and site postcode are optional. Avoid sensitive information, passwords and payment details.
Cloudflare, the website delivery and security service, may process technical and security logs, including IP addresses, browser details, requests and security events, to deliver and protect the website.
How information is used
We use enquiry information to respond to your request, understand your requirements and maintain related correspondence. These activities and protecting the website are our legitimate interests. Enquiry details are recorded in Doxa, an enquiry management system, for handling and review.
We would ask for your agreement before sharing enquiry details with a contractor. Submitting the form does not authorise that sharing.
Supporting services
Supporting services process information on our behalf. They include Google Cloud for hosting the enquiry form service, Cloudflare for website hosting, delivery and security, SMTP2GO for email delivery and Google Workspace for email correspondence.
Some providers may process information outside the UK.
How long information is kept
Enquiry details and correspondence are kept while relevant to your enquiry, related correspondence or legal requirements. The period depends on those needs rather than a fixed retention period.
Cookies and fonts
The website has no analytics integration or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may use essential security cookies. Fonts are self-hosted.

Depending on your circumstances and applicable legal requirements, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your information, or object to its processing.
